A customised asset management platform designed around Falcon's operational workflow, giving teams a faster, clearer way to manage stock, equipment and service contracts.

Falcon needed an asset management platform that staff would actually use: clear, fast and easy to navigate. We designed role-based dashboards so each user sees only what matters to their role, while automated notifications proactively manage low stock levels and expiring service contracts. The result is a streamlined operational system that reduces friction and improves day-to-day accountability.

Signal over noise: why most brand strategies fail before they start

Every agency says they do strategy. Very few mean it. The difference between a positioning that works and one that gathers dust is a single uncomfortable question.

Strategy without a point of view is just a document. Most brand strategies fail not in execution but in the room where they are written — because nobody in that room is willing to say what the brand should stop doing.

Rory Sutherland calls this the problem of optimising the wrong variable. We spend enormous energy making things cheaper, faster, more featureful — and almost no energy asking whether those are the variables our audience actually cares about.

The brands that cut through share one thing: a clear answer to 'what do we refuse to be?' That refusal is the strategy. Everything else is design.

The best interfaces disappear. Users don't praise great UX — they just get things done. Here is what that actually takes to build.

There is a version of interface design that wants to be noticed. It chases awards, screenshots well, and frustrates actual users. The version worth building is the one that becomes invisible.

Invisible does not mean boring. It means every decision — every spacing choice, every interaction state, every label — has been made in service of the person using it, not the person who built it.

The test is simple: can a first-time user complete their primary task without asking a question? If yes, the interface is working. Everything else is polish.
